Operating modern training facilities of over 13,500 square feet with over 30 punching bags of various densities, 2 rings, suspended tatamis, wooden martial arts floor, training equipment, weights and exercise machines, TriStar Gym has everything to train a professional fighter. In fact, names like David Loiseau or Georges St-Pierre are themselves some of TriStar Gym best known fighters.
In terms of Muay Thai training programs, TriStar Gym truly excels as it does with MMA. Wether you're interested in group classes or private 1-on-1 classes, you'll unquestionably find that TriStar Gym's coaches and instructors all boast thorough fighting experience, a passion for the art and a deep understanding of its intricate mechanics.
